This painting is amongst the first few oil on canvas that I made as a beginner in the journey of art. Following an arduous research through various possibilities for themes that could resonate with me, I settled upon to paint a colourful tropical jungle with equally colourful butterflies. 

The various colours of the flora and fauna as well as that of the butterflies signify a happy, dynamic and peaceful co-existence of various living beings. The canvas chosen for this was also of a square shape, to signify a balanced dimension to life.
